In the Roof Garden, two ladies are taking their afternoon refreshments.

I'm not quite sure whether the young lady at the left is saying

"Excuse me, is this seat taken?" or

"If you don't go away this minute, I'll hit you with my umbrella!"

At last The Anchor, George Street, is finished.   A true labour of love.
